Are you looking for an opportunity to lead and drive transformational change for Mental Health and Addiction? Are you looking to join a team of passionate leaders committed to delivering excellent mental health and addiction services for tangata whaiora and whānau in Counties Manukau?

We have an opportunity for a Programme Manager to join our MH&A senior leadership team. This is a full-time position on a 2-year fixed term based at Middlemore Hospital.

In this role you will be reporting to the General Manager MH&A. You will lead the implementation of capital projects in the directorate in line with strategic and operational direction both at local and regional level.

This is a key strategic and leadership role to work closely with the General Manager and Clinical Director of MH&A.

To be successful in this role you will have proven experience working with a range of stakeholders including clinicians, lived experience, facilities and engineers, contractors in building effective relationships to deliver on agreed projects.

The postholder will have relevant experience in delivering capital projects as a focus area within MH&A. The role will be synonymous with someone that is adaptable, influences with success and and understands the way MH&A services as a whole of system operate.
