Customer Services Officer

We are currently looking for an experienced Customer Services Officer to join our Customer Services team based at Albert Street.

The normal days and hours for this role are Monday-Friday, 9am-5 : 30pm.

Primary Role

  • Managing inbound calls and electronic requests
  • Providing excellent service to achieve customer satisfaction
  • Solving customer enquiries and problems promptly, by identifying their needs
  • Handling customer complaints in a timely manner and providing an appropriate solution
  • Complying with UDC policies, processes, and requirements
  • Your experience

  • An ability to perform under pressure
  • Be an effective team player
  • Possess superior customer service ethic
  • Have good organisational skills and planning ability
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Accurate keyboard skills in Word, Excel, and data entry
