and your feet, arms, nose - whatever takes your fancy. We need someone who can get amongst it and get dirty. You’ll dig deep to know what’s in the IT pipeline, what got spat out of the IT pipeline, what is flying around the pipeline and what missed the pipeline altogether!
This role as IT Support Specialist is located at our very cool Global Head Office, Auckland, New Zealand and reports to the Global IT Services Manager and is a critical part of the NZAU Region’s and the Global IT team.
In this role, you will partner with the wider Global IT team based in Auckland, New Zealand to support Icebreaker operations with technical support of desktop computers, applications and related technology.
You will also be supporting specifications, installation and testing of computer systems and peripherals within established guidelines.
This role is a twelve-month fixed term contract.

Stuff you’ll have up your sleeve :
1-3 years desktop support experience.Experience supporting Windows 7, Win 10 Desktop / laptop PCs and MacsExperience troubleshooting hardware issues and replacing hardware on both desktop and laptop PCsExperience installing software, patches, updates on Desktops, Laptops, ServersExperience troubleshooting basic network, AD, software, printing problemsKnowledge of MS Office, Outlook and Skype for BusinessIdeally Knowledge of Adobe CS suiteProven technical aptitude and excellent troubleshooting skillsExperience in testing fixes and enhancements to ensure problem or issue has been adequately resolvedThe ability to laugh at yourself
