Key responsibilities will include :

Mentor, lead and further empower a strong Sales Team.

Solutions-based thinking with the ability to capture opportunities.

Build and maintain long term, lasting customer relationships with key decision makers.

Create a positive and motivational work environment.

Hold regular account review meetings to track progress against account plans and targets.

Deliver and exceed the agreed forecast budget and Business Plan.

Nurture strong key account relationships across the orthopaedic sector.

Qualifications

Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate an impactful sales team in the orthopedics’ industry.

A proven track record in sales management with a focus on coaching and developing others.

A collaborative, results-orientated style and approach.

Strong commercial acuity, strategic planning and driven to achieve.

The ability to develop and partner with a highly educated surgeon-based clientele; and high integrity aligned to our company's core values.
