We are seeking experienced and qualified Associate Geotechnical Engineers to join our team in a role where you will have the opportunity to work across a diverse project portfolio.

You will have a strong background in design and / or project management.

Role and responsibilities :

  • Supporting the growth of the geotechnical team through identifying, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
  • Managing projects and financials
  • Designing, reviewing and supporting geotechnical work and projects with a focus on delivering high quality technical work
  • Collaboration across multi-disciplinary teams
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant Quality Management Systems
  • Provide leadership and support to junior staff
  • About you :

  • Qualified with a relevant Science / Engineering Degree, and ideally possess or be working towards your CPEng or RPGeo
  • You will possess a minimum 8 years' industry experience in geotechnical engineering
  • Previous experience in a consulting environment
  • Strong foundation design and / or ground improvement works experience
  • Solid experience in retaining structures design and slope stability assessment
  • Strong report writing capability
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team
  • Strong project management skills
