The customer service team you are joining is competent and down to earth.
About the role
Monday to Friday - 8.30am - 5pm
Customer service / Order processing via email / phone
Providing solutions to customers re : product items / strong product knowledge
Liaising with warehousing to ensure order is filled / organise freight of order / invoice / credit note if required
Strong experience in a customer service / order processing role
Clear understanding of "product" ordering from enquiry to invoicing
Solutions focussed / Looks outside the square
Customer service oriented
Thrives in a busy and challenging role
Strong excel skills
Likes to own a process from start to finish and take total ownership of it
