What to expect in the average Red Badge day :
A healthy mixture of independent, collaborative, and customer-based work
Managing site access for staff, visitors, and contractors
Effective use of systems for access control, to ensure asset protection
Site monitoring and patrolling
General customer service and asset protection duties
This role will help you to develop your skills in access control and customer service. The people you interact with will provide fantastic insight into a highly specialised industry, unique in New Zealand.
What you will bring to the team :
Strong focus on delivering high quality security-solutions
A high level of verbal & written communication skills, ideally with a background in a customer service environment
A strong work ethic and desire to take responsibility and initiative
Professionalism, reliability, and honesty
A green COA Security License
Willingness to work as part of a fantastic team and grow your abilities
A clean criminal record
