The majority of our staff are field based technicians with a wide range of skills operating on our clients premises. We have a high proportion of staff on collective agreements.
You will work closely with managers both at our Onehunga Head Office and all over the North and South Island providing support and advice on best practice.
You will guide, coach and advise managers on performance management, capability development and talent Management.
You will assist with implementing HR operational strategies, systems, policies and procedures.
Who are we looking for?
You will be someone with extensive experience working with collective agreements and providing advice on ER and IR issues.
With numerous remote managers we deal with many and varied requirements from stakeholders at different levels in the business so you will need to be able to prioritise and communicate effectively with everyone in the business.
