The Site Manager is responsible for managing all facets of store and forecourt operations. Keyfocuses include maintaining excellent site standards, fostering a positive workingenvironment, providing efficient and friendly service and ensuring a quality experience for ourcustomers and team members.

The ideal candidate will have retail management experience preferably in the FMCG industry.Qualifications, experience, skills and attributes required for this roleRetail experience to management levelExperience with stock control and inventory managementProven ability to manage a teamFinancial calculations and budget managementComputer literateFlexibility to work all days of the weekCustomer and results focusedStrong relationship builder, team player and problem solverStrong communication (verbal and written), relationship managementCoaching and MentoringPlanning, organisational and time management skillsMaintaining standards and eye for detailPhysically fit and healthyKey responsibilities include : Experience with retail operational systems including POS systems, financial reporting and price management.

Produce and maintain efficient staffing rosters whilst maintaining a high level ofcustomer service.Create a positive working environment and cultureActively involved and driven to achieve profitability and KPI targetsPromote and practise all aspects of health and safety in the workplaceMaintains and utilizes daily, weekly, quarterly and annual financial reporting tools to makebusiness decisionsCommencement of this role will be approximately early October 2020.

Applicants for this position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa as well as a New Zealand driver’s license.
