Be Vital to this roleThis role is responsible for assisting in the development of winning strategies to deliver category growth for retailers & market share for J&J brands.
You will provide Category advice internally and externally, using your category knowledge to deliver insights, recommendations and plans internally and to customers.
As part of a dynamic and results oriented team motivated by innovative ideas and category excellence you will : Be the category expert for our Feminine Hygiene and Baby categories across Australia and New Zealand, understanding the category, its drivers, and opportunities.
Be the eyes and voice of the wider pacific category team in NZ for all categoriesIdentify category growth drivers, leading the thinking on what it takes to win in the category and working with marketing and accounts to embed these into brand & execution planningMaintain the promotion, layout and range strategies for the brands within your category and communicate these effectively to the execution teamsPartner with marketing to deliver NPD sell-
