Our OpportunityWe're looking for a junior level Sales Engineer to join us at our brand-new Scania office HQ in Penrose. You'll be an essential part of our growing team, reporting to the Sales Director, working closely with our outbound sales team to help our clients identify the right tailored Scania products and solutions for their needs.
We're an independent NZ division but with access to the resources of the global Scania family, with local offices in Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch.
You Will : Provide engineering solutions for Scania vehicles to our sales team as well as our dealer network, customers and bodybuilders.
Build relationships and contacts within the transport sector, supporting clients and enhancing the Scania brandSupport your Sales, Delivery and Marketing colleagues through great engineering input into team initiatives.
Help improve the flow in our sales and delivery process, continually improving our ways of working.About YouYou'll ideally have previous shop-floor experience - you'll really get the engineering side of our products, and want to build your knowledge here,making the transition from shop floor to office.
You'll also have some experience in the automotive or transport industries.You'll really love high-quality relationships and customer communication - happy customers means happy you!You'll excel at good organisation and at doing things right.
