OMD is seeking a talented individual to join their team as an SEM Specialist. Reporting to the Search Director, you will be responsible for ensuring that all Paid Search deliverables are presented on time and of high quality and that all campaigns meet client objectives.

This position will work closely with the Client Leads, Planning Hub and Programmatic team. A successful Specialist will have great attention to detail and be able to take complete ownership of the process of getting tasks completed to bring value to our clients. Responsibilities :

  • In-depth understanding of Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaign management and optimisation practices
  • Demonstrates strategic insight to develop long term execution plans from clients' stated business objectives and implementing those plans
  • Displays organisational capabilities to track progress, execution and consistency of campaigns
  • Exhibits solid communication skills in order to effectively present strategic and tactical plans to clients and internal teams
  • Demonstrates understanding of and ability to facilitate and manage forecasting, budgeting and pacing, campaign creation and optimisation
  • Displays understanding of business concepts and client objectives in order to identify campaign expansion opportunities
  • Possesses well developed analytical ability to extract insight from data and plan next steps across multiple marketing mediums
  • Ability to lead and take control of the client relationship, attend client meetings and own the SEM strategy
  • Qualifications :

  • Minimum 2 years experience in paid search marketing
  • This includes the development and optimisation of Google & SA360 Search, Display, and App digital advertising campaigns and strategic direction, delivering the most effective and innovative strategies for your client portfolio
  • Google Analytics Individual Qualification
  • Google Certified across Google Ads Search, Display & Video 360, Google Ads Display and Search Ads 360
  • Proactive nature, self-starter
