    Job Description

  • You are an MS Dynamics 365 Functional Specialist or Consultant with a proven track record in technology change projects and experience in developing and deploying D365 solutions.
  • You can demonstrate in-depth functional knowledge with the MS Dynamics 365 product - ideally with specialist functional expertise in one or more of the following areas : Finance, Warehouse Management, Supply Chain, Vendor & Supplier Management.
  • Experience with large migrations onto MS Dynamics.

  • You are adept at working with business stakeholders to elicit business requirements and can translate these into functional solution designs leveraging out of the box D365 functionality where possible
  • You can articulate your functional solution designs and the business outcomes to architects, technical teams and developers so that end to end solutions and detailed component technical designs can be created
  • You have hands-on expertise in D365 configuration and integration
  • You are happy rolling your sleeves up and getting stuck in to help with a wide range of activities including UAT support and training of business users, triage and resolution of defects and issues, operational support, change management and keeping pace with the product roadmap
  • You have strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to actively contribute and collaborate with business, technical and supplier teams to deliver solutions and business process outcomes
  • Qualifications

  • Collaborative approach working in a diverse and inclusive team environment
  • You can manage your time effectively to deliver priorities to tight deadlines
  • eCommerce experience required
  • 5-10 years’ experience with ERP implementations or IT consulting
