You must have the ability to engage with our trade customers, provide / learn product knowledge / advice and support our trade Account Managers to deliver a great customer experience.

If you have a positive personality, a team approach and ideally are familiar with trade products and processes, we would love to hear from you.

It's all about your attitude.The Mitre 10 retail network is NZ based, with each store locally owned and operated and is a market leader and dominates the Auckland DIY market.

Mitre 10 Trade is making great inroads into the Trade sector and our Botany store has just completed a large Trade Store extension.

Mitre 10 has consistently been ranked as one of the most trusted brands in NZ.Primarily activities involve dealing with our trade customers, handling their inbound calls, this includes handling phone / email enquiries and capturing / processing customer orders.
