Through the use of effective leadership practices, you will strive to increase productivity and deliver results to a high standard.
Other key responsibilities include but are not limited to : Manage team members to deliver fantastic service by working to aligned SLA, and KPIs.
This position has 4-6 direct reports with 65+ team members in the wider team.Upskill and support team members to increase capability.
To implement the logistics and fulfilment strategy in line with the TWG logistics strategy.Drive and promote change management processes.
Control and reduce costs to budget through ongoing continuous improvement.Stakeholder management and cross functional alignment internally and externally.
You will show clear communication and will remove roadblocks through positive relationships.Drive an engaged and performance driven culture by modelling the TWG Group values from the front.
Lead, grow, and develop a team to high-performance outcomes.Drive strong health, safety, and wellbeing culture.About You : Ideally you will have a minimum 5+ years of Logistics / fulfilment experience as well as 5+ years from within the Retail / Consumer industry.
You will be able to demonstrate DC management best practices.Extensive people leadership experience including developing team culture and capability.
You will have experience with budget ownership.You will have experience working in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
