About the role
We have just completed a realignment of the stakeholder engagement and communications function. As a result of this, the Advisor Engagement and Communications role has been established.
Reporting to the Manager Engagement and Communications, this role plays a key part in leading the development and ongoing review of the stakeholder and sector strategy and framework.
This role will be required to manage projects, lead internal, and facilitate external engagement with the organisations stakeholders.
As the successful candidate you will work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders and help the Manager Engagement and Communications provide leadership to a team of 11.
You will research and develop frameworks and implement engagement surveys for our stakeholders to establish a baseline for the organisation’s stakeholder relationships.
Skills to be successful
To be successful in this role you will have experience working in a senior role responsible for strategy development, stakeholder engagement and leadership.
You will enjoy engaging with a range of stakeholders and contributing to the culture of the Engagement and Communications Unit.
