  • Our client is currently looking for a skilled and experienced Business Support Officer to hit the ground running. This role is a permanent part-time temporary role for 20 hours per week in their Auckland Central office.

    You will need to be a confident and independent team player with proven advanced administration skills.

    They need someone to come into the office 2 days a week (Wednesday and Thursday someone who is flexible on days if needed).

    The hours are 8 am to 5 pm with a 1-hour lunch break.

    Responsibilities include :

  • Groceries and stationery ordering
  • Diary management
  • Supporting the events coordinator
  • Handling the board meetings
  • Providing EA support
  • Travel bookings
  • Adhoc general duties
  • Skills and Attributes :

  • Microsoft Office skills in particular, MS Teams
  • Experience in a similar administration support role
  • Proactive and confident
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Be a team player with a good sense of humour
