We are looking for an experienced Technical Operations Manager to translate business requirements / processes into useable business systems and reports whilst providing level 3 support and beyond for business users, by focusing on changes and improvements.

Key responsibilities include solving complex technical and operating problems as well as reporting and proposing product improvements.

Your duties will include Macro-project planning and project management such as documenting and gaining consensus on scope and implementation plans for all key strategic projects within Procurement and NPI.


  • 8+ years relevant experience in Electronic product development as a development engineer
  • 5+ Year experience in Electronic Product manufacturing, testing and process development
  • 5+ Years’ experience in APQP environment development and manufacturing
  • Proven ability to write custom reports
  • Experience supporting numerous complex internal systems such as MS Project / JIRA / Confluence / Altuim / PLM
  • Database maintenance, management and back up experience
  • Experience supporting customers and issues of all levels
  • Business system support experience ability to translate business requirements into practical solutions
  • Self-motivated and lateral thinker
  • Proven research and analytical skills
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Effective written and verbal communications kills; ability to communicate at all levels within the business and communicate
  • technical jargon appropriately with technical specialists and end users

  • Reliable and flexible with a can do’ attitude
