  • Establish and meet client contact and revenue targets

  • Leads and manages own workflow, resource planning, and sales forecasting
  • Provides workflow, resource planning, and sales forecasting support to the Learning Partners
  • Proactively identifies potential downtime (or overflow), and solutions for using the time or dispersing the work, to Wavelength / Cognition’s best advantage
  • Is involved in the recruitment of new team members, and supports the induction of new staff members and mentors junior staff
  • Write sections of, and contributes to, RFPs and other client proposals.
  • Leads a team of staff and / or contractors on large projects or initiatives and represents Wavelength / Cognition at industry eventsBehavioural CompetenciesTime management
