Paymark is looking a little different. We’ve undergone a rebranding, bringing us more closely into alignment with our parent company, payments powerhouse Worldline and we are now known as Worldline NZ.

Worldline NZ is New Zealand’s leading electronic payments company, and Kiwis rely on us to ensure that electronic purchasing is available wherever purchases for good and services need to be made.

We currently work with over 120,000 merchants right across Aotearoa, and to-date and have put through 16 billion transactions, worth an estimated $700B.

We are currently on an digital journey to transform the way that our customers can utilise our payment solutions, including transforming our Customer Experience & Data platform Worldview.

The Worldview Squad are tasked with designing, developing and launching new features for our cornerstone product, Worldview - this is where you come in! The role : -Leading the Scrum Teams as a Product Owner, provide vision and direction to the Agile development team and define product vision, roadmap and growth opportunities including planning and prioritising product feature backlog and development -Assess value, develop cases, prioritise stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy-Lead the planning product release plans and set the expectation for delivery of new functionality-Research and analyse market, the users and roadmap for product-Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of release and sprint goals What you will bring with you?

  • You will have been in a Product Ownership role for at least a year, with strong familiarity of agile process and principles-Had experience working with in transformation programmes -You will be a strong relationship builder and natural influencer to work collaboratively across the business-You will have proven organisational skills with the ability to manage your time autonomously -You will have an eye for detail and be a creative thinker and not afraid to think outside the box-Familiarity with the payments industry and CRM systems would be advantageous but not essential What’s it like to work here?
