IDEA Services Gisborne are seeking a Service Manager - General to effectively manage a remote workforce ensuring a high level of service is being provided to people in our community with intellectual disabilities.
Reporting to the Area Manager, you will be working alongside other Service Managers who are dedicated to the continuation of a supportive and collaborative team environment.
Your portfolio will involve Supported Living Services (SLS) that will see you travelling within Gisborne and surrounding areas to build strong relationships with service users and their whanau, and grow and establish networks within the community.
You will bring strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet to reach positive outcomes.
You will have previous people management experience and a genuine desire to make a positive difference in people's lives.
A can-do attitude and hands-on approach, with the resilience to work positively within a changing environment are essential to ensuring your success as a Service Manager.
