We're looking for a multi-talented Digital Operations Specialist to join our team of Digital Operation Specialists. Our Operations Team is the heart of all our Digital teams and ensure our all Digital team members are empowered and supported so they can do their very best every day.

About the role

In this role, you will take ownership of all core operational activities that support the Digital Practice and Distribution teams.

Including people processes, knowledge management, risk, finance, and change management. You will support and implement productivity and efficiency improvement programs to ensure the Digital teams are operating as efficiently as possible.

Working alongside a wide range of people and teams across Digital you will lead the day to day management of risk for all Digital teams, including developing and maintaining risk management processes and fostering a strong risk management culture.

Onboarding and supporting new members of the Digital Practice.

To be successful in this role you will have

  • Several years' commercial experience, including experience within an operational related role with a focus on continuous improvement, efficiency, or risk.
  • Action-oriented and driven with the natural ability to provide a diversity of thought when figuring out effective and efficient ways to get things done.
  • Problem-solving expertise, comfortable using rigorous logic and methods to solve difficult problems with effective solutions.
  • Highly organised with proven experience in managing and documenting processes and high attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • A self-starter, able to embrace change and have proven ability to work collaboratively in an Agile environment.
  • Ability to think outside the box and challenge the status quo to achieve effective outcomes and renown for picking things up and owing it.
  • Nice to have

  • Strong change management and / or communications background.
  • Experience in change management reporting and up-skilling.
  • Competence to build and enhance knowledge and information hubs.
  • Administrator of Learning Central and experience working with the learning team.
