Our client has a project underway that enables new processes and systems regarding immigration to NZ. Completion of the project will enable nationally significant changes to process times and the ability of employers to source the talent they need, and for immigrants to reach NZ.

We are looking to connect with experienced Senior Business Analysts - successful candidates should have 3+ years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst and will be expected to :

Establish an overview of the requirements defined by the customer including the definition of business and technical requirements

Recognise and record any inconsistencies, assumptions and critical elements

Facilitate and accelerate the decision process, considering the customer’s business strategy, drivers, requirements and challenges

Critically review information like Immigration Instructions / policy into requirements

Provide validation / invalidate assumptions

Complete business process flows including decision diagrams and end to end process diagrams

You will have :

Have an understanding of project management principles and methodology

Ideally have an understanding of Immigration NZ visa processing

Have analytical skills & problem-solving ability

Be able to work by themselves or as part of a group to find answers
