We are on the hunt for an experienced Applications Specialist to join us on our digital transformation journey.
In this role, you will be working in and managing all aspects of our on-premise SharePoint and SharePoint Online environments.
This includes system administration, troubleshooting, technical and user support, configuration and performance monitoring.
Given the nature of this role, you'll get the opportunity to work with all levels of staff across the organisation.
With a passion for customer service and business improvement, you'll be researching and designing innovative and robust SharePoint functionality that delivers fit for purpose' business solutions, facilitating collaboration, and automating and streamlining program processes.
You'll also be experienced in developing training guides and providing training to end-users including "super users" on SharePoint functionality.
As our SharePoint specialist, there will also be regular daily support activities like establishing user access permissions, responding to service desk tickets, assisting with upgrades, solution testing and implementation, and of course the important part of documenting changes.
