The IDEA Services team on the North Shore in Auckland has a fantastic opportunity for a current employee to join us as a Schedule Coordinator to provide exceptional support to our managers.
About the role :
As a Schedule Coordinator, you will work closely with a team of Service Managers who are collaborative and hardworking but have fun and enjoy the work we do.
Your responsibilities will include :
Liaising with Support Workers to fill rosters and manage short-notice sick leave requirements
Support Service Managers with unplanned shift coverage when required
Maintain up to date working schedules by managing planned shift changes
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
PLEASE NOTE : This role is office based and requires you to work the following hours :
Week 1 : Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm
Week 2 : Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm
with half hour for lunch)
NOTE - the rate of pay for this role is $21.98 per hour. This equates to $45,718 per annum.
About you :
Previous administration experience (scheduling or rostering experience highly desirable)
Confident with computer systems including Microsoft Office suite, with a proven track record of picking up new systems quickly
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels
The ability to plan your work efficiently, work within a high-pressure environment and to solve problems as they arise quickly
The ability to build positive professional relationships with others to achieve desired outcomes
