we are a digital lending company 100% online.The role of the Lending Support Administrator is to support our team of Lending Consultants by helping with the analysis, assessment and processing of personal loan applications.
Working closely with the Lending Consultants, Head of Lending Operations and the rest of the Team to deliver efficient, outstanding service to our customers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIESAnalyse customers supporting information and update customer records with a high level of accuracy and confidentialityCommunicate effectively with potential borrowers in a timely manner via telephone and email, ensuring a high customer focusChecking all applications to ensure all information has been filled out correctly and sourcing required supporting documentation eg bank statementsPackage and prepare an application correctly for assessment by the Lending Consultants.
REQUIREMENTSExcellent communication and customer service skills including having the ability to deal with difficult or anxious customersExcellent time management skillsAttention to detail and a high level of accuracyAbility to work effectively within a team environment and self-
