We have an incredible opportunity for an energetic marketer to join our team as a Marketing Executive. Working across thl 's New Zealand and Australia brands via point-in-time campaigns, marketing partnerships, and community communications you'll be a part of a world-class marketing team.

ABOUT YOU

  • To succeed in this role, strong project management skills are critical along with your ability to organise and prioritise work daily.
  • Your top notch communication and relationship management skills will see you confidently work cross functionally. We want a true self starter, with high energy levels and someone whom thrives with tight timelines and workloads.

  • You will need to be a solid marketing all - rounder with digital confidence and skills, a relevant degree and a few years of experience under your belt, aka a Super Marketing Coordinator, but a cape is optional.
  • You'll have experience creating a range of marketing collateral and be confident with working with creatives to deliver compelling content that engages our audiences.
  • You will have previous experience with developing and publishing content on social and digital channels (eg : Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, YouTube, Website, Emails)
  • Writing and communications are a big part of this role, so we'll need your skills in managing audience appropriate connections and information.
  • You will be an admin and organisational ninja who has never met a system you can't improve.
  • Teamwork will always be your first thought and working with others must make you happier than a seagull with a hot chip.
  • You have a healthy obsession for creative marketing and fresh ideas.
  • KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Marketing messages and comms - Scheduling, managing and curating content across social, email, website and partner channels.
  • Website management (CMS, copywriting content management, and analytics).
  • Working with our agency partners to deliver our campaign and content roadmap; being the lynchpin of communications across teams.
  • Working with tourism partners to leverage thl' s brands across their channels.
  • Media and Advertising - working with the in-house team to develop ad creative for digital and print ads, POS and marketing materials.
  • The role will assist the trafficking of advertising material internally, developing campaigns and ensuring visibility and completion of deadlinesDelivering marketing campaigns and communications to grow category preference and awareness of our brands amongst target audiences.

    Champion sign-off on creative look and feel, adherence to style guide, brand guidelines and product allocations across all advertising mediums, ensuring all events are executed consistently

  • Budgets & Admin - core & partner brand admin, marketing budget administration and campaign partnership facilitation
  • Team and project management - we're a small, close knit team and the role will both support and rely on others to collectively meet our goals and needs via an agile delivery framework.
  • Strong communication and organisation skills are essential. Ability to manage and prioritise multiple projects simultaneouslyExcellent organizational and communications skills

  • Customer Experience - We live to inspire and enable unforgettable holidays. Being passionate about delivering incredible customer experiences is a must.
  • Understand the marketplace our brands operate in via branch visits, awareness of competitor activity across various mediums.

    We're located in the CBD, with lots of public transport options handy, a gym not too far away as well as many bars and cafes.

    If cycling is your thing there is plenty of room to leave your bike or you might like to give our office e-bike a whirl.
