Are you an experienced Governance Risk and Compliance Manager? Do you thrive in providing highly skilled technical and management expertise to ensure effective delivery of contract obligations for Cyber Security services to clients?
This role will provide a second line of defence to ensure that the Cyber Security division achieves each objective through the effective implementation of governance, risk management and compliance practices.
Ensure all information assets such as reports and contracts are held centrally and available to authorised individuals
Ensure all approvals required for service delivery in cyber are performed in accordance with Fujitsu policy
Ensure the cyber team adopts and follows all service delivery policies such as a skills register, Enterprise Resource Manager and other tools and processes used
Provide programmatic and technical directions and operate with a high degree of independence in matters relating to the investigation, impact, and analysis of service quality in cybersecurity delivery
Identify opportunities for efficiencies in the Cyber Security team, including areas where inefficient processes could be redesigned or improved using technology / automation
Lead the implementation of a risk management function to ensure risks related to service delivery in the Cyber Security division are identified and monitored
Assess, evaluate and make recommendations to management regarding the adequacy of controls for the Fujitsu systems and processes related to cyber security in Service Delivery
Lead the system-wide cyber security compliance program ensuring activities, processes, and procedures required to deliver to contractual obligations of clients are understood and followed
Provide reports as necessary on the landscape of services provided across clients including exception reporting as required
Provide exceptional reports on where security services are delivered outside the approved security catalogue
Review each Account and ensure adequate services are being delivered according to the security catalogue of Fujitsu and in accordance with Account expectations
Perform independent periodic reviews of service quality for individual accounts as deemed necessary
Execute strategy for dealing with increasing number of audits, compliance checks and external assessment processes for internal / external auditors as required

To be successful in this role, you will have the following mandatory skills and experience :
Significant experience in Contract Management across the Information Technology industry
Understanding and appreciation of cyber security
Ability to develop knowledge of information security risk management frameworks and compliance practices.
Ability to develop security standards and guidelines based on best practices and industry standards
Strong evidence of planning and managing projects
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, including formal report writing
