    The Opportunity

    We’re looking for a superstar Team leader to run our Service Centre a busy hub responsible for supporting the wider firm with a variety of office administration tasks.

    The Service Centre team is made up of around 10 office assistants, and their responsibilities include internal mail runs, photocopying and scanning of documents, binding, service and filing of court documents, external mail, postage and courier deliveries.

    This role can be broken down into three main areas. The first area is team management and leadership, the second is around service delivery and the third is facilities management.

    Safe to say, no two days will be the same!

    Some key responsibilities are :

  • Staff leadership, training, development and mentoring
  • Coordinating the day to day activities and ensuring all deadlines are met
  • Ensuring exceptional service is delivered by the Front of House team to internal and external stakeholders
  • Assisting the Service and Support Manager with running internal facilities, ensuring the office is well stocked and is well looked after
  • Providing back up support to the Health and Safety Manager for the firm
  • About you

    To be successful in this role, we’re looking for people with :

  • Proven experience in leading and managing a team
  • High level of organisational skills and the ability to delegate and follow up
  • The ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
  • A high level of service everything you do will be service orientated
  • Strong initiative and the ability to problem solve
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
