The Opportunity Supporting multiple partners, you’ll easily adapt and build strong working relationships with them and the rest of the team.
Key responsibilities include :
Producing high quality complex documents including letters, reports, presentations etc to global brand standards.
Manage travel and expenses.
Managing demanding diaries, ensuring efficient planning / scheduling of meetings.
Prepare invoices and related reporting as needed.
Maintain client data base with accuracy.
Dealing proactively with incoming correspondence / enquiries and responding as appropriate.
Co-ordination of client events on occasion.
Assisting with other administrative tasks as required.
About you :
At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role managing multiple stakeholders
Advanced in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
A natural problem solver, able to think critically while demonstrating initiative and attention to detail.
An excellent communicator who is able to juggle priorities while ensuring deadlines are met.
Exercise confidentiality, discretion and personal sensitivity in all aspects of the role.
Ability to build a network of strong working relationships both internally and externally.
Experience working with a professional service firm would be advantageous but not necessary.
