Royal Oak, AucklandIconic New Zealand brandExciting opportunity for a recent graduateFixed Term roleSanitarium Auckland Manufacturing has an exciting opportunity for a Continuous Improvement Coordinator to join our team on a Fixed Term basis for 10 months.

In this role you will be responsible for process review and delivery of enhanced business performance through best practice continuous improvement.

You will have the ability to identify and run continuous improvement activities and will engage with various teams on site deliver results.

This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate or someone who has 12 months experience working in a similar role. We are looking for someone who is able to relate to staff on all levels and is willing and excited to rise to the challenge to make a positive impact in your work environment.

The successful applicant will have : Tertiary qualification essential from a related discipline (Food Tech / Science / Engineering / Technology etc)12 months experience in a manufacturing environment (preferably food industry) would be advantageousDemonstrated conceptual, analytical and problem solving skillsDemonstrated practical knowledge of business process development and improvement methodologiesEffective time management skills, ability to prioritize and manage competing deadlines,Strong verbal and written communication skills,Ability to engage stakeholders at all levels of the organisation,Ability to understand and interpret a diverse range of business activities,If you are successful, it may include online, paper-based, and / or functional testing as well as interviews and reference checking.
