The Role Based at the head office in Mt Wellington you will be reporting to and working collaboratively with the National Sales Manager as well as liaising directly with the CSR team In this role you will be interacting with a range of stakeholders within the business including branch managers the company accountant and fellow office members performing a variety of duties to ensure the office is run smoothly and efficiently Responsibilities Answering all incoming calls ensuring all are greeted appropriately transferred if necessary and any messages relayed Checking organising and actioning all inbound and outbound mail daily Oversee both incoming emails and correspondence from the website General miscellaneous duties for the Managing Director including travel and personal arrangements Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of office appearance is adhered to at all times ensuring all stationary supplies are kept up to date Data entry and compile reports as required by the leadership team and general admin Assist the CSR team in any overflow calls generated process orders and liaise with clients on outgoing orders Skills amp Experience Previous reception administration experience would ensure success in this role but not essential Adaptability and prioritisation will enable you to thrive in this role as no day is the same Being methodical and process driven will allow you to coordinate multiple conflicting deadlines Being a clear communicator both verbal and written would enable to build strong relationships within the wider business network A supportive and proactive nature will enable you to anticipate and show initiative to support immediate team members The Company Formed back in 1986 this company has enjoyed tremendous growth since its formation and have thus become industry leaders in building services across New Zealand They are exciting and innovative and constantly seeking ways to be at the forefront of the market improving new methods systems plants and facilities Company Culture amp Reward You are walking into an environment where friendly social office interaction and collaboration is actively encouraged and practiced The team often gather to celebrate the working week on a Friday afternoon The size and success of the business ensure stability within the role as well strong opportunities for growth and development 45 000 50 000 On site parking available Exciting dual role opportunity Friendly and collaborative working environment Successful growing market leading business Strong growth and development opportunities To apply in the strictest confidence please contact Simone Macdonald on DDI 09 623 7704 or email your CV to Simone focusrecruit co nz
