Orion Health is embarking on a year of delivery and we are seeking an outstanding Delivery Lead to join us. Working across our key projects, this pivotal customer facing leadership role ensures the customer satisfaction and success of Orion Health's world-class healthcare solutions are met.

What you will do :

The Delivery Lead will build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships and manage customer expectations. Utilising your leadership acumen, you will lead, coach and support the project delivery teams to ensure they remain on track and successfully achieve their deliverables.

Overseeing the project teams, you will be instrumental in the planning, forecasting and allocation of resources. You will be confident leading high-level customer engagements, including steering committees, politically aware and able to navigate complex governance structures and customer situations.

Developing and delivering continuous service performance and process improvements will be a key focus of your role to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction.

How will you achieve success in this role?

You will be successful through the delivery of a program / projects that are to budget, time and meet customer expectations.

Success is also through driving customer happiness, project profitability, ensuring resource billability measures are met, and through developing and leading a high performing culture that teams love being a part of.

Ideally you will have :

  • At least 4 years of experience in Project Management, Programme Management or Product Management or Client Delivery
  • Proven track record of delivery management or project management within an Agile environment
  • Ability to manage deliverables for multiple complex projects simultaneously and to lead teams without direct authority
  • Clinical or healthtech understanding advantageous
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and experience with the C level stakeholders
  • Exceptional leadership acumen, strong customer focus and proven ability to negotiate
  • Well-developed research critical and analytical thinking and problem solving skills
