Service Reception Role Service Support

We are seeking a mature minded person to join our Eastland Toyota Store as a Service Receptionist / Advisor. This is a varied role, so there is no risk of getting bored.
Customer Service is a huge focus. You will have the natural ability to engage with people from different walks of life to really understand what going the extra mile means.
You will have proven experience in administration / customer service roles. You will have good computer skills, be process driven and most importantly have initiative and a can do attitude.
Key Tasks include (But not limited to)
This is a full time position, 7.30am to 5.15pm Monday to Friday with rostered late night Thursdays and rostered Saturdays.
if required. Ideally you will have a full drivers licence and be able to drive a manual.
You don’t need to know a lot about cars or have extensive experience as full training will be provided and you will be supported by existing Service Department team members.
