    What will you do?

    Reporting to the Recruitment Manager you will provide administrative support to the recruitment team and Ryman leaders. Day to day tasks include :

  • Placing recruitment adverts
  • Managing recruitment related inboxes and fielding candidate and hiring manager phone calls
  • Assisting recruitment team members with activities such as candidate sourcing, CV screening, phone screening, arranging interviews and reference checking
  • Creating reports and leading administrative projects that enable the delivery of the recruitment team's strategy
  • Training managers in our office and sales teams on the use of our recruitment system
