We're currently on the hunt for Customer Service Representative to join our Parts Team in Auckland. Someone smart, customer-savvy, team focused, goal orientated and ready to have a laugh while getting the job done.
We are ideally looking for someone with a working knowledge of heavy transport parts and a knack for sales, but if you have a passion for the industry and the gift of the gab then we will train you on the rest.
If you have the want to learn we will even help you achieve your trade qualification! Reporting to the Auckland Branch Manager, you'll be responsible for customer service and sales.
Developing customer relationships will come second nature to you, as the majority of the role will be customer facing. Day to day responsibilities will include processing orders, dispatching goods, managing and organising stock and customer invoicing.
