Public Trust is New Zealand's largest and most experienced trustee services organisation. We provide specialist advice and care across a range of trust, estate management and investment services to New Zealanders.

This newly created fixed term contract role is responsible for identifying, analysing and implementing process improvements that make it easier for our people to provide an outstanding customer experience.

Working closely with business leaders and project working groups, this role will take a collaborative approach to redesigning processes with our people and customer at the heart.

You will be responsible for end-to-end process design, including leading engagement with subject matter experts around the organisation, to ensure processes are fit for purpose and future-focused.

Key responsibilities will include : Working with business leaders and working groups to identify opportunities for process improvementEngaging with business subject matter experts to re design processes in a way that improves the customer and people experienceCreating new process documentation for the knowledge repositoryAnalysing existing process documentation for potential improvementThis role will also ensure we build the process improvement capability of Public trust by coaching and mentoring other members of the change and delivery teams.

The ideal applicant for this role will : Demonstrate proven experience in technical / change / business writing and documentationHave the ability to deliver high quality documentation paying attention to detailHave excellent written skills in EnglishDemonstrate effective time management and planning skillsBe a critical thinkerBe a creative problem solverHave an understanding of best practice process analysis techniques and methodologiesDemonstrate effective and confident communication skills including the ability to develop strong relationshipsIn return, we'll provide you with plenty of flexibility, development opportunities and access to a range of well-being initiatives and resources to help you bring your best self to work, always.
