We are an expanding travel and tourism organisation based on the beautiful Kapiti Coast We require someone who can hit the ground running takes initiative and has the ability to make the role your own To be successful in this role you will have the following Minimum 10 years experience in an office support role Highly proficient working with budgets numbers and reporting Be a strong communicator both written and verbal Solid experience as a line manager Strong knowledge of MS Suite and Outlook and ability to learn new systems quickly Take initiative and be proactive in your work Thrives on accuracy and attention to detail Ability to provide senior support to the Directors Act with confidentiality and integrity at all times Loves running good processes and driven by an analytical outlook and brilliant with logistics Experience in providing leadership to other team members Be people focused with a healthy sense of humour common sense and the ability to communicate with a wide crosssection of people are definite musthaves Previous experience in the tourism event management or hospitality industry is preferred although not absolutely necessary for the right person Flexibility in order to meet the changing needs of the business In addition to the above we place the utmost importance on the right personality fit for our team along with flexibility to support the changing needs of the business In return you will be rewarded with a great working environment within a friendly supportive team All applicants MUST currently be residing within commuting distance of our office and legally allowed to work in New Zealand a minimum 2yr visa required no exceptions Applicants must hold a Full New Zealand Drivers Licence Please send your CV to OM Recruitment at the following email accounts yourtravel co nz using reference OM YTT SEP19 in the subject line Applications close on Friday 27th September 2019
