We're looking for a candidate to this position in an exciting company.

  • Develop and implement a sales strategy for region of responsibility
  • Lead sales engagement for medium and larger strategic opportunities
  • Drive partners to maximise sales through sales best practices, training and support
  • Build and maintain strong lasting relationships with key accounts
  • Market and promote the organisation, including representing at conferences, events or related activities
  • Manage activities to budget and provide required reports and forecast using SalesForce CRM
  • Keep abreast of competition and competitive issues and maintaining a knowledge base of product feature / functionality of competitive products present in the region
  • 8+ years' business development experience, ideally with exposure within the IT / technology sector
  • Proven track record prospecting, building a pipeline and moving opportunities through the sales cycle
  • Excellent relationship building skills, both internally and externally, with the ability to manage conflict and take ownership
  • Ability to understand the product management life cycle
  • A strong and effective communicator at all levels, both written and oral, and a confident presenter
  • Displays a sound business judgement and decision-making capability and methodical in problem solving approach
  • Passionate customer service orientation with extensive experience in managing multiple stakeholders
  • High attention to detail
