Mō te tūnga The role

This role is responsible for enabling and assisting our stakeholders to clarify, develop and implement their business needs and objectives.

Working collaboratively with business and external suppliers to identify feasible, cost-effective enterprise solutions, you'll be doing work that contributes to our strategic direction.

If you thrive on leading, coaching and supporting other business analysts to be the best they can be, and actively contributing to the improvement of business analysis and EPO processes and practices, this is the role for you.

With a great cohort of Project Managers, Business Analysts and Change Managers who are passionate about what they do and highly supportive, you'll be part of a nimble and delivery focused EPO.

Starting salary : $88,327 - 103,914 negotiable, dependent on skills and experience

Working closely with the business and technology sides of the organisation, you'll thrive on building positive and productive relationships.

Highly organised and self -managing, you'll be comfortable working independently as well as part of a cross functional team.

Having a strong track record of experience to draw on, you'll be highly familiar with all the techniques and tools of your discipline and enjoy utilising them.

You thrive on stakeholder engagement and bringing them on the journey with you so they understand what needs to be achieved and the outcomes that will be realised.

To achieve great outcomes, you'll also have the following attributes :

  • strong communication, documentation and influencing skills,
  • able to mentor and coach others to bring out the best in them,
  • at ease planning, leading, and facilitating workshops to engage with end users,
  • experience in process mapping, business improvement and workin g with data,
  • a sound knowledge of agile delivery methodologies,
