The COVID Call Centre Administration Team specialises in providing outstanding customer service to a diverse range of people of varying cultural backgrounds.
The aim is to deliver on our promise to provide the highest service to our community.
About the role :
The position of Covid Administrator Team Leader offers attractive hours of work and a supportive environment from other team leaders.
The Team Leader has the responsibility to ensure that the call centre team provide a professional and effective service to the public, to implement the Ministry of Health COVID-19 vaccination programme.
This role is also responsible in ensuring that the centre is appropriately staffed at all times.
Required skills & experience :
Demonstrating a curious and enquiring mind-set, which will allow you to deliver meaningful results; we are looking for a candidate with strong people management and leadership skills, great communication and team building skills, a calm demeanour showing resilience under pressure, and ability to handle change in the workplace.
