We are looking for a senior Head of Strategy to drive strategy development and customer-led transformation across the business.
Reporting to the General Manager of Strategy & Transformation, this senior leadership role will work closely with the Executive and Senior Leadership team on our most pressing strategic priorities.
You will enjoy using your top-tier consulting toolkit, interpersonal skills and outcome focus to not only develop great strategy, but to also translate it into action.
This will include leading and supporting a portfolio of key strategic projects in a dynamic, collaborative and end-to-end working environment.
Key responsibilities include :
Ensuring that the business has a robust customer-led strategic plan and is effectively delivering on this plan.
Leading and supporting a diverse portfolio of key strategic projects including guiding & partnering cross-functional teams.
Structuring problems and defining plans to address while injecting strategic and innovative thinking along the way.
Managing and influencing key stakeholders working closely with senior leaders to make strategy happen.
What we are looking for :
7+ years of experience in a top-tier strategy consultancy or similar experience in a corporate strategy role
First class academic record and social achievements; top tier MBA an advantage
Outstanding all-rounder with a hands-on mix of analytical, consulting, project and interpersonal skills
Experience defining and delivering projects, and making strategies come to life in large organisations
Superb communication and the ability to maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
Self-starter and can do comfortable with both ambiguity and pressure, enjoys getting things done
Consumer market experience and retail experience is an advantage but not essential
