It's an exciting time for us here at Land Information New Zealand (LINZ). We're growing significantly as a business and are tackling several high-profile and interesting pieces of work.
To ensure we continue to provide quality support to our people as we continue to grow, we're looking for 2 Senior Advisors to join our Organisational Development team .
We have one 12 month fixed term and one open-term position available.
What will help you succeed?
As a Senior OD Advisor at LINZ, you'll join us with the energy, skill and enthusiasm to lead and champion our work programme and capability focused continuous improvement initiatives, with the aim of positioning us as a high-performing organisation.
With your strategic oversight, sharp analytical skills and understanding of the big picture, you'll quickly develop a comprehensive understanding of what our OD objectives are, what an ideal outcome will look like and then will proactively and efficiently work towards achieving them.
We have a busy work programme planned for the next 12 months in the OD Team. As an organisation, we're shifting the way we work and putting an adaptable and flexible spin on how we move towards our key focuses and goals.
You can expect to lead projects that uplift the development of our capabilities and culture, including the development and maintenance of our jam-packed annual corporate L&D calendar, contributing innovation and ideas to the instructional design and implementation of our new e-learning modules and developing internal and external leadership development programmes.
Using your insight into strategic operational matters and well-developed experience in Organisational Design, you will proactively identify risks and areas within OD that could impact and / or improve organisational performance.
Drawing on this insight, you'll work with our team and key business leaders to role model strategies for the effective design, development and facilitation of innovative solutions that align with our strategic objectives and will help us overcome business challenges.
Given our ambitious business aspirations, you'll need to be a delivery-focused individual who challenges themselves to go beyond just getting the job done.
We're looking for a person who has an agile, continuous improvement focused mind-set, combined with the courage to challenge the status quo.
You'll pair this with your tenacity and resolve to work through challenging and complex situations to actively contribute to our culture of open and honest communication and information sharing with our people.
