Our Customer Service Representatives help our customers with everything from their credit card statements, to seeing if our products can help them buy the things they want to enjoy life!
There is never a dull moment. We are busy, we work hard and we have fun!
Our CSR's work on rotating rosters. They get a new roster every 4 weeks and know what hours they will be doing 3 weeks in advance which makes the work-
life balance thing a little bit easier! Each roster will include some late night work (until 11.00 pm).
