The ANZ Marketing Manager is responsible for implementing EROAD’s marketing strategy in New Zealand, building the Australian market and enhancing the perception and visibility of the EROAD brand.
As a member of the ANZ Leadership team you will work with our marketing team to initiate, build and deliver integrated marketing campaigns and programmes to drive growth.
Develop and implement innovative end-to-end marketing plans and campaign plans in collaboration with all functions of the business
Align marketing activity to wider business growth activities
Utilise creative and media strategies to generate significant new lead generation, website traffic and customer engagement
Utilise customer insight and analytics to develop up-sell, cross-sell, lifecycle management and retention programmes to increase fleet penetration, manage ARPU and prolong customer tenure
Enhance customer experience through delivery of targeted, engaging communications to customer segments
Manage marketing automation and track the effectiveness of marketing communications activities to continuously improve activities and maximise ROI.
Manage EROAD presence at events and tradeshows and maximise ROI.
Define channel initiatives to ensure the successful delivery of campaigns, products and propositions to market.
What are we looking for?
Graduate or post graduate degree
7+ years marketing experience
Expertise in both digital and brand marketing, and new market development
Experience in marketing automation tools and measurement.
Powerful communication and ability to influence at all levels, both internally and externally
Ability to apply creative, imaginative thinking to communicating EROAD value proposition to the industry, with an appreciation and understanding of industry trends
Proactively demonstrate decisiveness and business savvy
Experience working with channel partners
Experience working in both NZ and Australia preferred
Transport, B2B or SaaS industry experience preferred.
