    Ko tā mātou mahi - Our Role

    We are currently recruiting for an experienced Legal Executive to join our Auckland-based team. In this role you will be responsible for a broad range of work, including, among other things, undertaking conveyancing and subdivisions, preparing property, construction and development contracts and ancillary property-related matters.

    To be successful in this position you will need to have great attention to detail, an ability to effectively prioritise and an engaging communication style.

    Ngā pūmanawatanga ōu - What you will bring :

  • Solid legal experience in settlements of acquisitions and disposals of property and an understanding of title interests
  • Some experience in the legal process for undertaking subdivisions of land
  • The ability to carry out, collate and complete contracts in significant volumes with speed and a high degree of accuracy
  • Able to proactively identify opportunities to improve templates, systems and processes
  • Provision of support and advice to the wider legal team and organisation
  • Registered member of the New Zealand Institute of Legal Executives
