We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and proactive Data and Information Management specialist who enjoys delivering a customer-focused service.
As an Information Management Systems Advisor you'll work across multiple areas of our business as part of a team that manages our agencies information systems, tools and processes, and provides information management advice and support so all staff have access to information when they need it.
The ideal candidate will bring :
An enterprise view of information management and how it impacts complex organisations, providing collaborative and practical solutions
Broad knowledge with information architecture, integration, and implementation of electronic document management systems including ontology and metadata management
Knowledge in analysing data and information needs and ability to translate these into business information requirements
A good understanding of Government data and information strategies and initiatives, the Public Records Act and other legislation relating to information management
The ability to establish and manage effective relationships with customers and key internal and external stakeholders
