We are looking for a friendly Administration Assistant who is keen to hit the ground running and enjoys working in a dynamic and fast environment where you can utilise your skills and experience to support our friendly Christchurch Team!

This role is essential to the smooth running of our Christchurch Office from providing administrative support, greeting clients and visitors, maintaining filing systems, organising incoming mail to answering phone queries you will act as the main point of contact for internal and external clients.

  • Experience with data entry
  • Ability to think on the go and make quick decisions
  • Work well within a diverse team environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks ensuring completion in a timely manner
  • Strong attention to detail
  • You will be highly organized with superior time management and adept at prioritizing tasks!
  • Good experience using Microsoft Office including Excel, Word with an ability to quickly learn new systems
  • Ability to multitask and thrive on working efficiently
  • Proactive mindset with high level of initiative
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Have effective interpersonal and communication skills
  • Previous experience in an administration assistant type role would be desirable
  • While experience is important, we're looking for someone who has a great can-do' attitude and is willing to get stuck in and make this role their own.
