Our Community Physiotherapy team isseeking a dynamic, highly skilled and passionate senior physiotherapist tojoint our cohesive, experienced community team in providing clinical excellenceto patients with a wide range of clinical conditions.

The successful candidate will be located at NorthShore but will provide clinical leadership across three (3) sites, theseinclude Rodney and Waitakere.

Thisrole allows the opportunity to work alongside clinical leaders and alliedhealth senior; to support and mentor physiotherapy staff.

You will provide clinical and leadership expertise todevelop our physiotherapy service to ensure a high quality of service isprovided to patients and whānau.

We have strong links with our in-patientsand outpatient services with excellent interdisciplinary team work acrossservices, and work in an exciting digital innovative workplace to ensurecohesive patient flow.

Within this role you will receiveProfessional and Clinical Leadership development

This will include :

  • Support of your personal objectives
  • Personal professional supervision for support and mentoring of your own skills
  • Education to be able to provide staff with professional development
  • Learning opportunities for service development and leading quality care
  • Training to provide professional supervision to staff
  • Access to regular n-service training
  • Networking with clinical leaders, seniors and staff grades across the organisation
  • Opportunities to be involved in teaching and training for non-Allied Health staff across Waitematā DHB.
  • Opportunity to implement and develop research models alongside tertiary educational institutes
  • Key skills and attributes :

  • New Zealand registered Physiotherapist
  • 5+ years of inpatient / community experience including medical and neurological management
  • Provide clinical leadership and support
