About the role :

People Operations aim is to ensure our people are safe, enabled and empowered to deliver Our Business. As an HR Advisor you will be part of a highly motivated and energetic team focused on delivering an excellent HR service offering to our key stakeholders.

Your role will include working and partnering with key business groups to provide expert advice to guide, support and coach managers on embedding best practice people solutions.

You will possess excellent relationship management skills, a strong attention to detail and are people focused to achieve outcomes.

Key Accountabilities :

  • Can easily build relationships to proactively work with other business groups to enable a holistic approach in resolving employment matters
  • Able to respond in a timely manner to differing business needs, and can be pragmatic with advice and support
  • Uses HR expertise to provide current and relevant advice that assesses and mitigates risk
  • Analyses information to form advice for managers, offering solutions and options that are fit for the situation
  • Can handle and respond to complex employment issues, leveraging off key resources to shape and build advice
